Walker places second in 3000 at ECAC's, Chamberlain places fifth in triple jump at NE's

DURHAM, N.H. -- The University of New Hampshire women's track and field team finished up action at the New England Championship and ECAC Championships on Saturday.
Freshman Jill Walker (Simi Valley, Calif.) placed second in the 3000 meter run at 9:38.90, while Kira Nolan (Richmond, Vt.) posted a time of 10:09.58, which was good for eighth place in the same event at the ECAC Championships.
Freshman Olivia Chamberlain (Warnerville, N.Y.) earned a fifth place finish in the triple jump with a mark of 38'6.25 at the New England Championships.Â
The 'Cats 4x800 relayed team comprised of Cailey Archer (Berthoud, Colo.), Emma York (Penacook, N.H.), Lauren Dean (Gilmanton Iron Works, N.H.) and Lily Doody (Lee, N.H.) placed second at  with a mark of 9:12.39.
