Cailey Archer was UNH's top finisher in 11th place with a mark of 19:40.20 in the 5k race

ST. ALBAN'S, Vt. -- The University of New Hampshire women's cross country team placed fourth at the Fall Foliage Invitational 5k race hosted by the University of Vermont on Sunday afternoon at Hard'Ack Recreation Area.

Senior Cailey Archer (Berthoud, Colo.) was the Wildcats' top finisher in 11th place with a time of 19:40.20. Sophomore Claire Ronan (Port Jefferson Station, N.Y.) earned a 20th place finish with a mark of 20:07.30.

Senior Violet Sullivan (Brentwood, N.H.) earned a 24th place finish (20:41.40), while junior Hannah Langstaff (Windham, Maine) posted a time of 20:46.50, which was 27th best among the field.

Junior Emma York (Penacook, N.H.) rounded out UNH's entries with a 20:56.60, which was a 29th place finish.

The Wildcats return to racing on Friday, October 21 at the CCSU Mini Meet in New Britain, Conn. at Stanley Park.
