RESULTS
BOSTON - The University of New Hampshire women's cross country team placed 14th out of 36 teams at the 2021 NCAA Northeast Regional on the 6K course at Franklin Park with 386 points.
Graduate student Annemarie Martell (Essex Junction, Vt.) led the Wildcats with a 54th-place finish out of 252 runners with a time of 21:53.
Freshman Addison Cox (Northwood, N.H.) was next for the Wildcats at 58th (21:56). Senior Lauren Dean (Gilmanton Iron Works, N.H.) was the third finisher for UNH at 69th (22:08). Senior Nicole Yeomans (Foxborough, Mass.) was 99th (22:39), while freshman Jill Walker (Simi Valley, Calif.) rounded out the scoring for the Wildcats at 106th (22:47).
The meet was won overall by Amanda Vestri of Syracuse with a time 20:05. Harvard took the team championship with a score of 71.
