Hannah Serbousek, a senior outside hitter on the UNH volleyball team, was named Service Credit Union Student-Athlete of the week. She recorded a career-high 26 kills in the team's 3-1 win over NJIT on Nov. 3.
On Nov. 5 in the 3-1 win against UAlbany, Hannah led the team in kills again with 13. She also recorded two aces. Hannah and the Wildcats clinched the America East playoffs during this match.
In three matches last week Hannah averaged 4.36 kills per set with a .229 hitting percentage. Her other stats included 2.82 digs per set, 5.09 points per set and five aces.
Hannah is currently sixth in America East for kills with 84.
The Wildcats will be back in action Friday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. against Bryant as part of Senior Weekend, which concludes with the Nov. 12 match vs. Binghamton at 1 p.m.
