Amanda (Fillard) Keglovits, a four-year gymnast at North Carolina State from 2014-17, joined the Wildcats as assistant coach September 10, 2019. She is a primary choreographer, assists with logistics involved in the day-to-day aspect of the gymnastics program and oversees the community gymnastics program.
The native of Centereach, N.Y., previously worked in Region 6 as a USA Gymnastics Coach and helped with events. She encouraged athletes to reach their full potential to go along with working on choreography and spotting.
As a senior captain in 2017, Amanda was an NCAA Regional Championship individual competitor on bars and was named to the All-EAGL First Team in that event. The EAGL All-Scholastic gymnast earned her team’s MVP award and received N.C. State’s Kay Yow Award for outstanding academic and athletic achievement combined with community service and teamwork.
