Leah Moreno is in her senior season as a standout member of the UNH Women’s Gymnastics team, competing in Vault, Bars, and Floor. A consistent contributor since her freshman year, Leah has earned All-EAGL Second Team honors on Uneven Bars for three consecutive seasons and added Vault honors in her junior campaign. She was named Team Co-Captain in 2024–25, reflecting her leadership and dedication.
Her collegiate accolades include:

3× EAGL All-Scholastic Team

Before UNH
Leah graduated early from Orange High School in Hillsborough, NC, where she competed for the Panthers. She trained under Stephen and Amanda Maness at her club and capped her high school career with a 2022 National Qualifier, Regional Qualifier, and NC State Meet Team Championship.
Academic & Personal Highlights
Leah is pursuing a degree in Nutrition: Dietetics with aspirations to become a registered dietitian. She’s passionate about health and wellness and hopes to help others through her future career. Leah also studied abroad in Italy, an experience that broadened her cultural perspective and love for food and travel.
She ranked 22nd out of 301 in her high school class and is known for her academic excellence and community spirit.
Family & Legacy
Athletics run deep in Leah’s family. Her mother, Stacey, was a gymnast at UNH, and her father, Kevin, competed in Track and Field at URI. Her brother, Koen, was drafted by the Chicago Cubs, and her sister, Dorothy, is a junior at NC State.
