Raced for Bend Endurance Academy (2011-12) for coach Ben Husaby... competed for coach Rick Kappala at Sun Valley SEF (2010-11)... skied two seasons for coach T.J. Owen at Wenatchee Valley Nordic (2008-10)... finished 15th overall among juniors (U-20) at Senior Nationals in Rumford, Maine, in 2012... raced four Scandinavian Cup races in Latvia and Estonia while traveling with Junior World/U23 World Team and the U.S. Development Team in 2012; qualified for Junior Olympics and raced for Pacific Northwest Ski Association... in 2011, qualified for Junior Olympics with top finish of 10th place at J.O. in Minneapolis, Minn... named Most Outstanding Boy for Sun Valley SEF... awarded Leadership Scholars Scholarship... named Top Boy for the Community School cross-country team... qualified for Junior Olympics with Wenatchee Valley Nordic in 2010 with a season-best 10th-place finish... in 2009, qualified for J.O., won the Ridge 2 River multi-sport race, becoming the youngest winner (16) in event history... scholar-athlete at Wenatchee High School, also playing quarterback for freshman football team and shortstop for freshman baseball team
