UNH Enters Both FCS National Polls

DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire football team entered both national polls released Monday. The Wildcats are ranked No. 20 in the AFCA FCS Coaches Poll and 24th in the Stats Perform FCS Top 25.
UNH defeated Bryant University, 38-17, in front of 11,302 fans at Wildcat Stadium on Sept. 21 to extend its winning streak to three games and improve to 3-1 overall, as well as 2-0 at home and 1-0 in the CAA.
The win streak began with a 21-20 win at Holy Cross on Sept. 7 and continued with a 45-6 victory against Stonehill College on Sept. 14.
New Hampshire returns to action Oct. 4 (7 p.m.) at Harvard University. The Wildcats' next home game is Homecoming Weekend on Oct. 19 (1 p.m.) against Rhode Island. CLICK HERE to purchase tickets or call the ticket office at (603) 862-4000 or e-mail unh.tickets@unh.edu.
In the AFCA poll, UNH was ranked a total of eight weeks in the 2023 season. The Wildcats peaked at No. 11 and last appeared in the poll on Oct. 23.
In the Stats Perform poll, the 'Cats were ranked each of the first six polls of the '23 season. UNH also peaked at No. 11 in that poll and last appeared on Oct. 2.
