EAST LANSING, Mich. – Senior Jenna DeVincenzo (Bethpage, N.Y.) recorded team-high scores on uneven bars and balance beam, where she tied her career high with a 9.850, and the University of New Hampshire gymnastics team notched its top road score of the season in Friday night's 197.725-195.725 dual-meet loss to No. 8 Michigan State at the Jenison Field House.
DeVincenzo placed fifth on bars with a 9.850 and tied for fourth on beam for the Wildcats (15-8, 1-2 EAGL).
Nikki Smith scored a perfect 10.000 on vault for the Spartans (13-3, 9-0 BIG). MSU's Sage Kellerman topped the podium on bars (9.925), Giana Kalefe and Baleigh Garcia shared first on beam (9.900) and three Spartans – McKayla Tucker, Delanie Harkness and Skyla Schulte - shared first on floor (9.925). Schulte won the all-around with a 39.525.

HOW IT HAPPENED
•Following DeVincenzo on bars, graduate student Kylie Gorgenyi (North Reading, Mass.) tied for sixth (9.825).
•Sophomore Serena Mullin (Hamden, Conn.) headlined the vault lineup with a 9.850 (T-5th), while sophomore Leah Moreno (Cary, N.C.) set a personal best with a 9.825 to share eighth place with Gorgenyi.
•The Wildcats posted their top score on floor (49.050). Gorgenyi led the way with a 9.850 for sixth place, while Mullin and junior Alyssa Beaulieu (Holyoke, Mass.) tied for seventh (9.825). Graduate student Kenadi Brown (Las Vegas, Nev.) and freshman Anne Challman (Lewisburg, Pa.) earned matching marks of 9.775 to tie for 10th.
•Mullin and freshman Gwen Ockerbloom (Granby, Conn.) each scored a 9.800 on beam to earn a share of seventh place, while senior Sierra Bauman (Wallingford, Conn.) totaled a 9.775 (10th).

•The Wildcats head to Yale for a quad meet Sunday, March 3 (1 p.m., ESPN+) to take on the host Bulldogs, Maryland and Southern Connecticut State in the John J. Lee Amphitheater.
