Worthington, Kratchwell, Brown, Gorgenyi named to All-Tournament First Team

The host Colonials won EAGLs with a 196.325, followed by runner-up Towson (196.075) and Temple (196.025), which posted the top time among teams competing in Session I (12 p.m.). The Wildcats placed second in the Session 1 quad meet with wins over LIU (193.950) and Pitt (193.575).

HOW IT HAPPENED (SESSION 1)
•In the opening rotation, Gorgenyi paced the Wildcat vault lineup with a 9.800. That tied for fourth in Session I and 10th overall. Senior Hannah Baddick (Gettysburg, Pa.), junior Larissa Biette (Belmont, Mass.) and freshman Gracy Mowers (Middleton, Mass.) each scored a 9.725. UNH totaled a 48.575.
•The Wildcat bar lineup brought the energy to Rotation 2, with Kratchwell scoring a 9.875 for third place in Session I and share of fifth overall. Gorgenyi and Brown each hit for a 9.850 to share seventh place, and senior Hailey Lui (Collegeville, Pa.) posted a 9.800 as the 'Cats scored a 49.150.
•Worthington shined on an otherwise difficult beam rotation for UNH, which finished with a 47.575.
•The resilient Wildcats bounced back in the fourth rotation to overtake Pitt for second place by virtue of a 49.100. The final five members of the lineup all exceeded 9.800, led by matching 9.850s (T-10th) from Lui and Brown and a 9.800 from Gorgenyi, Mowers and Worthington.

•The NCAA Gymnastics Championship Selection Show is slated for Tuesday, March 22, at 12 p.m. on NCAA.com. UNH will learn which of its individual gymnasts will be selected, based on NQS, to compete as specialists at NCAA Regionals.
•Host schools for NCAA Regionals are Illinois (Champaign, Ill.), Washington (Seattle, Wash.), Auburn (Auburn, Ala.) and N.C. State (Raleigh, N.C.).
