Hockey East Also Announces Jan. 14 Game at NU Is Cancelled
DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire women's hockey program announced Thursday that its game against Northeastern University originally scheduled Jan. 15 has been moved to Tuesday, Feb. 15. Game time is 6 p.m. at the Whittemore Center.
Hockey East also announced Thursday that the UNH at Northeastern game originally scheduled Jan. 14 will not be rescheduled. It also announced that four teams will play 26 league games – one less than the full 27-game schedule – and therefore the 2021-22 Army ROTC Hockey East standings and seeding for the tournament will be determined by points percentage.
All unused tickets from the previously scheduled UNH vs. Northeastern game (Jan. 15) will be honored at the Feb. 15 game. To purchase tickets to any Wildcats home game, CLICK HERE, call (603) 862-4000 or visit the Whittemore Center box office.
New Hampshire returns to action Jan. 28 (6 p.m.) at Merrimack College.
UNH's next home game is Friday, Feb. 4 (6 p.m.) against Boston College. In conjunction with Connor's Climb Foundation, this is a Stick it to Stigma game in which the Wildcats will wear special jerseys that will be auctioned during the game.
