Kelley, Lui combine for four 9.900s on celebratory Senior Day/Alumni Meet
Robyn Kelley tied her career high on vault (9.850, T-2nd), beam (9.900, T-1st) and floor (9.900, T-1st).
DURHAM, N.H. – Inspired by virtual messages from alumni and a pregame Zoom with family and friends, the University of New Hampshire gymnastics team celebrated Senior Day and set a season-high score in Saturday afternoon's 196.125-195.850 victory against North Carolina State at Lundholm Gym.
UNH upped its record to 7-3 overall and 4-1 in head-to-head EAGL matchups to improve its National Qualifying Score to 195.419, which translates to a No. 35 national ranking (through March 6 rankings).
N.C. State, which is ranked 25th (195.900 NQS) nationally and No. 1 in EAGL, fell to 11-4, 4-2.
Sophomore Robyn Kelley (Wakefield, Mass.) registered a 9.850 on vault and followed up with 9.900 marks on balance beam and floor exercise. Each score tied a personal best.
Junior Hailey Lui (Collegeville, Pa.) also tallied a 9.900 on beam and floor (T-PB) to share first place with Kelley in each event.
The Wolfpack's Emily Shepard won the all-around with a 39.500, which edged Wildcat sophomore Kylie Gorgenyi (North Reading, Mass.), who scored a career-high 39.250.
Freshman Jenna DeVincenzo set a career high on bars (9.825) and matched her personal best on beam (9.775).
NEXT UP - Sunday, March 14 (2 p.m.) at Towson w/ George Washington, Temple •UNH has two more meets remaining prior to Regionals – a quad-meet at Towson against the Tigers, George Washington and Temple on Sunday, March 14 (2 p.m.) and the EAGL Championship, hosted by the University of Pittsburgh, on Saturday, March 20 (1 p.m. and 7 p.m.).

First Rotation – Vault
•Gorgenyi took first place on vault with a career-high-tying 9.875 to edge Kelley and Shepard, the co-runners-up. Freshman Maya MacDonald (East Greenbush, N.Y.) established a career high with a 9.800 for a share of fourth place, and sophomore Larissa Biette (Belmont, Mass.) matched her personal best with a 9.700 (T-9th).

Second Rotation – Uneven Bars
•Freshman Jenna DeVincenzo (Bethpage, N.Y.) set a career high with a 9.825 to tie Gorgenyi for team-high and second-place honors, behind Shepard (9.900). Senior Kylie Kratchwell(Sewell, N.J.) finished fifth with a 9.750.

Third Rotation – Balance Beam •Kelley and Lui shared first place with Shepard. Alyssa Worthington (West Warwick, R.I.) scored a 9.850 for sixth place, and Hannah Baddick (Gettysburg, Pa.) totaled a 9.800 for a share of seventh place. DeVincenzo equaled a career best with a 9.775 (ninth).

Fourth Rotation – Floor Exercise
•While Lui and Kelley shared the top of the podium, senior Clare Hampford (Trumbull, Conn.) equaled her personal-best floor mark with a 9.825 for fifth place. Hampford originally set that career high as a freshman Feb. 10, 2018.
PITT TO HOST 2021 EAGL CHAMPIONSHIP ON MARCH 20
•The University of Pittsburgh will play host to the 2021 EAGL Championship on Saturday, March 20, at the Petersen Events Center. The championship format will feature two quad-meet sessions (1 p.m., 7 p.m.). Each team's session will depend on final conference standings (1-8) according to NQS at the conclusion of the March 13-14 weekend. Each session will be streamed live on ESPN3.
