'Cats in fourth place at EISA Championships

MIDDLEBURY, Vt. – Emma Woodhouse (Collingwood, Ontario), Scott Schulz (Lake Placid, N.Y.), Patrick Kenney (Hingham, Mass.) and Lucinda Anderson (Golden Valley, Minn.) each registered Top-10 placements to lead the University of New Hampshire ski team to fourth place Friday at the EISA Championships/NCAA East Regional Championships/Middlebury Carnival.
With 331 team points, the Wildcats trail Vermont (453 points), Dartmouth (415) and Middlebury (405).
Woodhouse took sixth place in women's slalom at Middlebury Snow Bowl in a combined time of 1 minute, 40.79 seconds. In the men's SL, Kenney tied for ninth place (1:36.97).
At Rikert Nordic Center, Schulz completed the 10K freestyle in 23 minutes, 9.40 seconds for seventh place and Anderson tied for ninth in the women's 5K freestyle (13:41.50).
The EISAs conclude Saturday with alpine action at Middlebury Snow Bowl and Nordic competition at Rikert Nordic Center. Nordic Events: Rikert Nordic Center
