Alicia Veronneau Signs National Letter of Intent

Veronneau is a two-time Vermont State Champion.
DURHAM, N.H. – Two-time Vermont State Champion Alicia Veronneau (Williston, Vt.) has signed a National Letter of Intent to compete for the University of New Hampshire women's cross country and track & field teams and will enroll in the fall of 2021.
Veronneau attends Champlain Valley Union High School where she has had a championship winning career on the cross country and track and field teams.
"We are excited to welcome Alicia Veronneau into the UNH cross country and track and field programs," said head coach Robert Hoppler. "Alicia is the 2019 Vermont State Champion in cross country as well as placing 10th in the 2019 New England High School Cross Country Championships. On the track she was the 2019 Vermont Division I state champion in the 1500m."
The UNH women's cross country program won its seventh America East Championship in program history in 2019. The Wildcats also won in 2003, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. The seven titles are the most by any other current America East Cross Country program, and second-most all-time.
