Lauter Records Perfect 10 on Beam in Senior Meet

This was only the second perfect 10 on beam in UNH history
DURHAM, N.H. – University of New Hampshire gymnastics senior co-captain Casey Lauter (Northport, N.Y.) recorded a perfect 10 on beam in her final home meet to lead UNH to a season-high 196.425 at the Whittemore Center.
UNH placed second in the quad-meet (196.425), trailing only eighth ranked Kentucky (196.800). Yale finished in third place (194.675) and Brown came in fourth (193.525).

HOW IT HAPPENED
FIRST ROTATION
- Courtney Bondanza (Buffalo, N.Y.) and Elizabeth Mahoney (Hanson, Mass.) paced the Wildcats, each recording a 9.825 on vault to lead UNH to a team score of 48.925.
SECOND ROTATION
- UNH tied its season-high on bars with a 49.125, led by Danielle Mulligan (Farmingdale, N.Y.) who tied for second place with a 9.900. Lauren Diggan (Sinking Spring, Pa.) recorded a 9.875, Makenzie Kerouac (Merrimack, N.H.) scored a 9.850, and Riley Freehling (Southington, Conn.) notched a 9.800.
THIRD ROTATION
- Lauter recorded a perfect 10 as the Wildcats matched their season-high on beam (49.225). Mulligan finished the meet in second place with a 9.925.
- UNH tied its season-high on floor with a 49.150. Danielle Doolin (Medford Lakes, N.J.) led the way for UNH with a 9.875, which tied for third place. Four other Wildcats recorded a 9.800 or higher: Lia Breeden (York, Pa.) scored 9.850, Lauren Diggan (Sinking Spring, Pa.) scored a 9.825, while Emma Winer (Georgetown, Mass.) and Mulligan recorded 9.800s.
NOTES
- Lauter's perfect 10 was the first on beam for UNH since 03/23/1996.
- UNH's score of 196.425 was the seventh highest score in team history.
- Bondanza recorded a career-high with a 9.825 on vault.
- UNH tied its season-high score on bars, beam, and floor.
- This was the first meet at the Whittemore Center since the 2014 EAGL Championship.
