UNH Hits the Road for Air Force Tri-Meet

USAF Academy, Colo. – The University of New Hampshire gymnastics program heads to Colorado to take on Air Force and Temple in a tri-meet Saturday, Feb. 24 (8 p.m. ET).

NEXT HOME MEET

UNH returns home for "Senior Day" at the Whittemore Center on Sunday, March 11 (1 p.m.), when they will host ninth-ranked Kentucky, Brown, and Yale in a quad-meet. This is the first meet at the Whittemore Center since the EAGL Championship in 2014. Tickets for the meet can be purchased HERE.

WILDCATS NOTEBOOK

Lauren Diggan (Sinking Spring, Pa.) was awarded EAGL Rookie of the Week for the third time this season on Tuesday, Feb. 20.
Casey Lauter (Northport, N.Y.) and Nicole O'Leary (Newtown, Conn.) have both earned EAGL Specialist of the Week this season.
UNH is ranked 35^th all-around, 34^th on vault, 33^rd on bars, 20^th on beam, and 51^st on floor.
Diggan has the highest average score on bars in EAGL (9.854).
Lauter holds the second highest average on beam in the conference (9.846).
Several Wildcats have recorded historic scores this season. Danielle Mulligan (Farmingdale, N.Y.) and Diggan each scored 9.925 on bars, which is tied for the fifth highest in UNH history. Lauter scored a 9.950 on beam, which is tied for third in UNH history.

SCOUTING AIR FORCE

UNH defeated Air Force in their meeting last year (196.050-193.125) at Lundholm Gym on Feb. 24, 2017.
Air Force is ranked 55^th in the nation, with an average score of 193.092.
They are ranked 57^th on vault (48.238 average), 43^rd on bars (48.492 average), 58^th on beam (47.963 average), and 55^th on floor (48.467).
Top performers include Anna Salamone on vault (9.737 average) and bars (9.792), Emily Luers on beam (9.721), and Tyler Davis on floor (9.800 average).

SCOUTING TEMPLE

Temple defeated UNH earlier this year at the Little Boston Invitational (194.875-194.175) on Jan. 6.
Temple is ranked 48^th in the nation with an average score of 193.893.
They are ranked 50^th on vault, 47^th on bars, 50^th on beam, and 39^th on floor.
Their top performers include Jaylene Everett on vault (9.757 average), Tori Edwards on bars (9.725 average) and floor (9.832), and Jordyn Oster on beam (9.682 average).
