Ochoa-Sevilla Top UNH Finisher in Maine Meet, Wildcats finish second

ORONO, Maine – Sophomore Nicolas Ochoa-Sevilla (Chester, N.H.) was the first Wildcat across the finish line in UNH's dual meet with Maine, where UNH placed second to the Blackbears, with 34 points to Maine's 23.

An improvement on last years meet, the Wildcats had six top-10 finishers, managing only three top-10 runners in last years' Maine meet.

Ochoa-Sevilla finished fourth overall with a time of 26:34.

Sophomore Nicholas Brown (Conway, N.H.) improved on his 12th place finish in last years Maine meet, finishing sixth overall with a time of 26:41.

The meet winner was Maine runner Aaron Willingham, who finished with a time of 25.54.

Ochoa-Sevilla finished fourth overall.
Brown led a group of Wildcats from sixth place to eleventh place.
Junior Cody Symonds (Alton, N.H.) finished in seventh with a time of 26:48.
Junior Davis Clark (Manchester, N.H.) came in eighth with 27:03.
Freshman James Wilkes came in ninth with time of 27:07.
Sophomore Alexander Saveliev (Concord, N.H.) finished 10th with 27:08.
Junior Dean Yost (Canton, Conn.) rounded out the Wildcat group, finishing 11th with a time of 27:18.
