The Matchup with Army
- The Wildcats got two goals from freshman Francesca Picicci (North Massapequa, N.Y.) in the Thursday evening contest.
- The first matchup between the two teams since October 7, 2000 ended in the 'Cats favor, giving UNH a 4-3-0 record against the Black Knights.
- The win clinches the Wildcats' first non-conference winning record since 2005, when UNH went 6-5-0 in non conference play.
The Matchup with Northeastern
- This will be the 20th meeting between the Huskies and the Wildcats in women's soccer.
- The 'Cats have a 6-10-3 record against the Huskies.
- New Hampshire and Northeastern have faced off every season since 2007.
- The last time UNH defeated Northeastern was the 2003 season. UNH had a home victory on October 13, 2-0, and a playoff victory on November 4, 7-2, when Northeastern was a part of the America East conference.

The State of New Hampshire
- UNH was selected third in the America East Preseason Coaches' Poll that was released Aug. 9. Hartford and Albany were picked ahead of the Wildcats in the nine-team league.
- UNH opened the season with a 3-0-0 record for the first time since 1991. The Wildcats then suffered two hard losses against Marist College and University of Northern Colorado. They improved their road record to 1-2-0 with a win at Colorado State.
- The most recent contest for the 'Cats was a loss at Princeton (now ranked #20 in the nation) by a final score of 3-1. The one goal by New Hampshire was the first goal allowed by Princeton this season.
- Senior captain Brooke Murphy (Monson, Mass.), the two-time reigning America East Striker of the Year, has led not only UNH but the conference in both goals and points each of the past two seasons. Murphy has 11 points on the season thus far (5g, 1a).
- Kaylan Williams (Marion, Ind.) follows behind Murphy in the point total with five points (2g, 1a). Williams notched the game-winning goal against Colorado State.
- After her two goals against Army, Picicci also has five points (2g, 1a).
- Veronica Hardy (North Smithfield, R.I.) has chipped in so far with four points this season (1g, 2a).
- Liz Lane (Porter, Maine) was one of five Wildcats who started all 19 games a year ago and was named to the conference's All-Rookie Team. This season, Lane has tallied one assist so far.
- Senior goalkeeper Mia Neas (Old Saybrook, Conn.) has tallied a 5-3-0 record so far in her first starting season, after seeing action in only three games prior to this season. She has made 41 saves, for a .837 save percentage, and 1.00 goals allowed average. Neas has posted two shutouts this season.
Milestone Watch
- Brooke Murphy is on the verge of becoming the program leader in both career goals and points.
- The UNH benchmark of 38 goals was established by Diane McLoughlin and has stood since 1990. Murphy is currently tied with McLouglin at 38 career goals.
- Murphy now sits at 86 points, just two short of tying Chiara Best's mark of 88 points established from 2001-04.

- Northeastern (Boston, Mass.) comes into the matchup with a 6-3-0 overall record.
- The Huskies most recently defeated Dartmouth at home by a score of 3-1.
- Northeastern has a 3-3-0 record on the road this season.
- The Huskies have a +.89 goal differential.
- Hannah Lopiccolo currently leads the team with three goals and three assists for nine points.
- Hannah Rosenblatt also has three goals, with one assist for seven points.
