DURHAM, N.H. – University of New Hampshire senior runner Timothy Kenefick (Guilford, Conn.) is looking to pace the 'Cats to success in the NCAA Regional meet in Amherst, N.Y. this Friday, after the Wildcats finished fifth at the America East Championship meet two weekends ago in St. Albans, Vt.
Kenefick is coming off a top-10 finish in the America East Championship meet, earning him All-Conference First Team honors with his sixth place finish, running the 8k course in 24 minutes, 59.23 seconds as the Wildcats finished sixth in the team standings. It was Kenefick's best championship finish. Kenefick was the top finisher for UNH in every meet he ran in, including four top-10 finishes and one first-place finish in the CCSU mini-meet.

All five of them will participate in the regional race on Friday.
