Sierra Bauman, a native of Wallingford, Conn., competed for coaches Brock Freehling and Dawn Albon at Connecticut Gymnastics Academy. Bauman is a two-time Junior Olympic national competitor. In 2018, she placed third on vault, and fourth on beam at the Junior Olympic Nationals, after placing second on vault, third on bars, and first on floor exercise at regionals. Bauman was a level 9 Eastern National Competitor in 2017, where she placed second on vault, third on bars, first on floor, and second all-around.
