UNH gymnastics head coach Lindsey Bruck Ayotte announced the hire of former Wildcat captain and two-time All-EAGL Second Team gymnast Kylie Kratchwell, a 2021 UNH graduate, as associate head coach in July 2026.
Kylie helps serve as the Wildcats' recruiting coordinator alongside assistant coaches Alyssa Worthington and Nick Cramer. In the gym, her primary coaching focus is on uneven bars, and she supports floor choreography and equipment management.
During four seasons at the University of Arizona (2023-26), Kylie played a key role in the GymCats' resurgence, helping the program qualify for the NCAA Regional Championships each season. Working primarily with bars and floor exercise, she helped Arizona tie the program record on bars (49.475), post one of the top team scores in school history (197.000), and finish ranked as high as No. 23 nationally on bars. Under her guidance, athletes earned Big 12 honors, including 2025 Big 12 Specialist of the Year Elena Deets. Kylie was recognized as a 2025 WCGA Regional Assistant Coach of the Year and was elevated to associate head coach in June 2025.
Originally recruited by UNH Hall of Fame head coach Gail Goodspeed, Kylie was a member of the Wildcat gymnastics program from 2017-22. The Sewell, N.J., native was sidelined by injury in her first two seasons (2018, 2019) before winning UNH’s Most Improved Award as a bars specialist for Bruck Ayotte’s first season at the helm in 2020. Kratchwell earned a berth on the All-EAGL Second Team on bars in both 2021 and 2022. Serving as a captain in that ’22 campaign, she scored a personal-best 9.925 (Feb. 25, vs LIU) and registered a team-high 9.875 on bars at the 2022 EAGL Championship, hosted by George Washington, earning EAGL All-Tournament First Team honors.
