•Earned points (24th) in 20K classic and competed in 10K skate at EISA Championships (Bates Carnival).

Before UNH
The native of Tampa, Fla., calls Norway home. In 2016-17, Velle attended the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU). As a competitor for Bækkelaget SK in 2016, Velle took ninth place in the Norwegian Junior Championship. In 2015, he placed 14th in nationals, and he took eight in the 2014 junior championship.
