Wildcats Perform Well at New England Championships

The men's cross country team finished in third place in the 8K race.
BOSTON, Mass. – The University of New Hampshire men's cross country team competed in the New England Championships. The team finished in third place (109 points) with an average time of 26:25 in the 8K race. Rhode Island placed first (31 points) while UMass Amherst placed second (54 points).

- The Wildcats will return to action at the America East Championships in Orono, Maine., on Friday, Oct. 27.
HOW IT HAPPENED:
- Junior Peyton Ramsey (Plainville, Conn.) led the Wildcats, finishing in ninth place overall with a time of 26:01.4.
- Graduate Student Aidan O'Hern (Concord, N.H.) and junior Kevin Finn (Kennebunk, Maine.) finished 13th and 14h with times of 26:09.4 and 26:09.9 respectively.
