UNH falls 196.125-193.625 to have win streak snapped at five
DENVER – Senior Hailey Lui (Collegeville, Pa.) finished third on floor exercise with a 9.825, and junior Alyssa Worthington (West Warwick, R.I.) placed third on balance beam with a 9.800, but the UNH gymnastics team saw its winning streak snapped at five by virtue of Sunday's 196.125-193.625 loss to No. 7 Denver at Magness Arena.

HOW IT HAPPENED
Rotation 1
•Fifth-year senior Kylie Kratchwell (Sewell, N.J.) registered the team's top uneven-bar mark in the opening rotation with a 9.775 (T-5th), and Lui scored a 9.675 (7th). UNH totaled a 48.275, while Denver scored a 49.100 on vault.
Rotation 2
•Freshman Gracy Mowers (Middleton, Mass.) equaled her personal-best vault score with a 9.800 to earn a share of fourth place and lead the Wildcats to a team total of 48.675. Junior Kylie Gorgenyi (North Reading, Mass.) and senior Mariella Miele (Basking Ridge, N.J.) scored a 9.775 to share sixth place. The Pioneers upped their lead to 98.225-96.950 by amassing a 49.125 on bars.
Rotation 3
•Lui's floor score was complemented by a 9.775 from junior Kenadi Brown (Las Vegas, Nev.), who finished sixth. Gorgenyi shared seventh place with a 9.750 as the 'Cats totaled a 48.000 on floor. Denver went for a 48.775 on beam to take a 147.000-144.950 lead through three events.
Rotation 4
•UNH scored a 48.675 on beam, led by Worthington's third-place finish. Sophomores Jenna DeVincenzo (Bethpage, N.Y.) and Sierra Bauman (Wallingford, Conn.) tied Lui for fourth place (9.725). Denver finished with a 49.125 on floor.
Notebook
•Denver's Mia Sundstrom placed first on vault with a 9.875, and Emily Glynn won bars with a 9.900.
•Jessica Hutchinson won beam (9.900), floor (9.925) and all-around (39.450) for the Pioneers.
