"Remember a year ago, our basketball team was picked last in the preseason poll, and all we talked about with our team was just the fight we needed from everybody in our program to get our respect back."

"We are very excited about this year's team, and now we need our players to take another step with their games to help us reach our ultimate goal of competing for an America East Championship," Herrion added. "I always tell our players that the most important poll is the one in March. That determines what kind of season your team has."
