'Cats Lead EAGL with 17 All-Scholastic Gymnasts for Second Straight Season

Seniors Bondanza, Carroll, Doolin, Mulligan, Traore honored for fourth time
BALTIMORE – All six seniors on the University of New Hampshire gymnastics team were named to the 2019 East Atlantic Gymnastics League (EAGL) All-Scholastic Team, and the Wildcats led the entire league with 17 EAGL All-Scholastic Team gymnasts.
"Our senior class leads from the front in all facets of the program, and it is a credit to their determination that they consistently earn this academic honor," said head coach Gail Goodspeed. "With so many great schools in this league, it means a lot for us to have the highest number of EAGL All-Scholastic gymnasts for the second year in a row."
Courtney Bondanza (Buffalo, N.Y.), Erin Carroll (Kingston, N.H.), Danielle Doolin (Medford Lakes, N.J.), Danielle Mulligan (Farmingdale, N.Y.) and Mimi Traore (Lowell, Mass.) made it a perfect 4-for-4 in their collegiate careers as EAGL All-Scholastic gymnasts.
Senior Nicole O'Leary (Newtown, Conn.) was honored for the third time, as was junior Ava Watkins (Cherry Hill, N.J.).
Two-time recipients include Lexi Calandra (Suffern, N.Y.), Emma Winer (Georgetown, Mass.), Lauren Diggan (Sinking Spring, Pa.) and Clare Hampford (Trumbull, Conn.).
First-time EAGL All-Scholastic Wildcats are Riley Freehling (Southington, Conn.), Kylie Kratchwell (Sewell, N.J.), Hannah Roderick (North Truro, Mass.), Hannah Baddick (Gettysburg, Pa.), Ally Cucich (Aberdeen, N.J.) and Hailey Lui (Collegeville, Pa.).

In order to be honored as an All-Scholastic Team member, a gymnast must maintain a grade point average of 3.0 or above for the 2018 calendar year GPA. Freshmen are eligible with Fall 2018 semester grades only.

UNH GYMNASTICS CAMPS
•The UNH gymnastics program is now accepting sign-ups for its 2019 summer camps. Professional training in a safe, fun and productive environment will see young gymnasts receive the best instruction available at their level. Athletes will be exposed to various teaching techniques, progressions and philosophies from our highly qualified, professional staff.
•Choose from the day camp (June 24-27), high-performance overnight camp (July 5-8) and overnight camp #2 (July 8-11). Per NCAA rules, UNH's camps and clinics are open to any and all entrants (limited by number, age, grade level and/or gender).
