The split-squad meet will run in a traditional format with the designated home Team Blue competing in the Olympic order of vault, uneven bars, balance beam and floor exercise while Team White will compete bars, vault, floor and beam. A special panel of guest judges will determine the winners of each head-to-head matchup throughout the lineup.
Fans will also get their first opportunity to welcome back the Class of 2019, as graduated seniors from last season's EAGL Championship team will receive their championship rings from retired head coach GailGoodspeed and retired assistant coach Ed Datti.
"Meet the Team is a fabulous way for our fans to celebrate all that is new with our 2020 team and new coaches in a different format that aims to replicate the competitive feel and presentation of an actual meet," said Bruck Ayotte. "It is also fantastic that we can welcome back Gail, Ed and the terrific gymnasts who graduated as champions for their first time back together as a group in Lundholm Gym."
