WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. – Justin McIsaac, the Wildcat Sports Radio Network color commentator for University of New Hampshire football, has been named the 2018 New Hampshire Sportscaster of the Year by the National Sports Media Association (NSMA).
In 2018, McIsaac completed his second season working alongside Bob Lipman, a six-time N.H. Sportscaster of the Year, on the UNH football radio broadcast team for Wildcat Sports Properties on iHeart Radio stations WGIR 610 AM (Manchester), WQSO 96.7 FM (Portsmouth) and Fox Sports Radio 930 AM (Rochester).
"We are so proud to have Justin on our team of broadcasters and look forward to fans being able to continue hearing his delivery and enthusiasm during the 2019-20 season and beyond," said Jenna Raizes, general manager for Wildcat Sports Properties, multimedia rights holder and local dedicated team for Learfield IMG College. This represents a new company name as the two collegiate marketers completed their merger Dec. 31, 2018.
"I'm honored to be voted New Hampshire Sportscaster of the Year for 2018," said McIsaac. "New Hampshire is a state that is filled with talent, both on the field and in the press box, and I'm fortunate to be recognized among such an outstanding group of professionals."
