Geneviève Frigon (Laval, Quebec) was New Hampshire's top slalom skier in 2018; the junior was ranked fifth in SL during the EISA Carnival season, including a third-place finish at Williams on Feb. 17 and sixth place at Vermont on Feb. 3. Frigon, who tied for 26th place in Wednesday's giant slalom at Steamboat Springs Ski Club, earned All-American Second Team in SL last year by virtue of a ninth-place finish at the NCAA Championships, hosted by UNH.
Senior Sohvi Virkkula (Salla, Finland) was UNH's top performer (23rd place) in Wednesday's GS and Lisa Wedsjö (Saltsjöbaden, Sweden), who finished 24th in GS on Wednesday, will compete in her final race as a Wildcat.
In men's action, Patrick Kenney (Hingham, Mass.) looks to build upon his 23rd-place finish in GS on Wednesday.
