- In the 63rd minute, a free kick into the box found the head of Gaby Dorsey (Hubertus, Wis.) who laid out to try and get the ball on net but it sailed just wide.
- Stony Brook struck in the 76th minute as Corcho got a feed from Kimmy Chavkin and charged the box, drawing out Neas, before chipping it over her head towards the net. Kendra Prince (Ajax, Ontario) sprinted to the goal line to try and beat the lob but couldn't head it out.
