Molly Bieksha joined the UNH Athletics team as Assistant Athletic Director, Internal Operations in September 2024.
In this role, Molly assists in the management and coverage of all offered home events and contests. She oversees camps offered through the athletic department and assists the senior associate athletic director for operations in scheduling, event management and gameday logistics.Â

Molly previously worked as the Assistant Director of Athletics for Academics and Compliance at her alma mater New England College (2022-24). In that role, she directed the hiring and managing of all outside workers for events. She coordinated all duties within NCAA compliance for student-athletes, coaches and programs, including transfer students, game contracts, medical redshirts, and mental health waivers. Additionally, she was the operational manager for the fitness center, including staffing and equipment upkeep. As a gameday supervisor, Molly managed and supervised athletic events within all all offered sports.

A former women’s soccer student-athlete, Molly earned her bachelor’s degree in Sport Recreation Management with minors in Business Kinesiology and Coaching at NEC (2020). She went on to earn a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Sport and Recreation Management (2022) while serving as a graduate assistant coach for the Pilgrims’ women’s soccer team (2020-22).
