Randall Jette, a fast-rising Defensive Backs Coach, is in his second season with the Wildcats in 2024. He came to UNH in 2023 after spending one season as a Defensive Analyst at his alma mater, the University of Massachusetts.
After just one season with the Wildcats, Jette was promoted to Co-Special Teams Coordinator alongside Nick Della Jacono.
In 2023, Randall helped lead a Top-25 FCS 3rd-down defense. Jette’s position room led the nation in blocked kicks.
In his one year at UMass, Randall helped oversee the ninth-best passing defense in the country. The Minutemen defense was 12th nationally in third down defense, 25th in first downs allowed and 55th in total defense.
The former UMass standout cornerback signed with the Green Bay Packers as an NFL free agent.
Jette started 44 games over his collegiate career from 2012-15. He earned All-Mid-American Conference honors as a junior and finished his career with 210 tackles, nine interceptions and 36 pass breakups (#2 all time in school history).
He later earned the distinction of being named to the Jim Thorpe Award Watch List, which is awarded to the top Football Bowl Championship (FBS) defensive back.
In 2020-22 Jette served as an Assistant QB Coach at Howard University. In the 2021 season Jette helped coach six Bison to ALL-MEAC honors.
In 2019, Jette was the Running Backs Coach for Wagner College.
Randall is married to his wife, Claudia.
