 Started all 18 games in which sheplayed, including four America East conference games; missed threegames due to injury; ranked second on the team in both points (13)and assists (five); tied for third in goals (four) and was fourthin shots (32); recorded an assist in the America East semifinalgame at Boston University (11/02); opened the season with a pointin four consecutive games; tallied a career-high three points witha goal and an assist in consecutive games against Holy Cross (9/16)and Central Michigan (9/22); scored the game-winning goal vs.HC.
AS A SOPHOMORE IN2006:Â Played in 16 of 18 games and was in thestarting lineup 10 times; played in all five America Eastconference games with two starts; recorded six points on threegoals; scored two of her goals in the last four games of the seasonwith tallies against conference foes Vermont and UMBC; also scoreda goal vs. Sacred Heart.Â
AS A FRESHMAN IN2005: Started all 17 games in which sheplayed, including four America East games; scored two goals toaccount for all four of her points; recorded her first collegiatepoints – and goal – in her second career game (vs.Sacred Heart); also scored a goal in the next game vs. CentralMichigan.
HIGHSCHOOL: Sarah is a ‘05 graduate ofConcord High School, where she lettered in field hockey, indoortrack and softball; All-State First Team in 2004; All-State SecondTeam in 2003; recorded 23 goals, including five in one game, and 12assists as a senior; compiled 61 goals and 29 assists at Concord;led CHS to state championships in 2001 and 2004; the softball teamalso won the state title in 2005; played in the Futures program aswell as the Seacoast United club team.
PERSONAL: Born8/12/87 in Concord, N.H.; daughter of Ken and Sue Craigue; major ischild and family studies; her sister Becky was a four-yearletterwinner on the UNH field hockey team (1995-98) and her brotherJoey was a letterwinner on the 2004-05 UNH men’s basketballteam.
