Rachel Poulin placed fourth in the javelin
RESULTS
AMHERST, Mass. – Freshman Rachel Poulin (Exeter, N.H.) placed fourth in the javelin with a throw of 121' 3" as the University of New Hampshire women's track and field team competed on Day 1 of the Pre-Conference Invitational at UMass.
Freshman Eva Roberts (Derry, N.H.) was 11th out of 29 in the 100m dash in a personal record time of 12.48.
In the 100m hurdles, sophomore Jules Hickey (Pawling, N.Y.) tallied an 11th-place finish out of 26 in a personal best time of 15.12 and freshman Mariam Nada (Portsmouth, N.H.) was 14th in a time of 15.26.
Senior Kaitlin Lennox (Hampton Falls, N.H.) placed 11th out of 32 in the 800m run in a time of 2:21.09 and sophomore Amelia Jackson (Harmony, R.I.) was 16th in a time of 2:24.82.
Junior Lauren Boilard (San Francisco, Calif.) recorded a PR of 4:47.75 to finish 28 out of 76 in the 1,500m run.
The Wildcats return to action on Sunday, April 27, when they conclude the Pre-Conference Invitational in Amherst, Mass.
