Abbi Maier Earns All-ECAC Honors

Maier was selected to the second team
DANBURY, Conn - Senior midfielder Abbi Maier (Cincinnati, Ohio) of the University of New Hampshire women's soccer team was selected to the Division I All-ECAC Second Team. This is the first time that Maier has earned All-ECAC honors.
Maier just recently was named to the United Soccer Coaches Division I All-Atlantic Region Third Team and was selected to play in the 2025 New England Women's Intercollegiate Soccer Association (NEWISA) Senior Bowl. Maier was the 2025 America East Co-Midfielder of the Year and was named to the America East All-Conference First Team. She led the team with a career-best six goals and 14 points as she also added two assists. Maier tied for fifth in the conference in goals and tied for sixth in points.
As a freshman in 2022, Maier was selected to the America East All-Rookie Team. She posted 17 goals and seven assists for 41 career points. Her 17 goals are 10th all-time at UNH. Just recently Maier was named to the College Sports Communicators (CSC) Academic All-District Team for the third straight season. She also was selected to the 2025 America East All-Academic Team with a 3.98 GPA as a Health Sciences major. She is a three-time America East Commissioner's Honor Roll recipient (2022, 2023 & 2024).
