'Cats Finish Out Final Day of New England Championships

BOSTON, Mass. – The UNH women's track and field team finished the final day of the New England Championships finishing in eighth place with 32.50 points.

- Freshmen Ronnie Jones (Lowell, Mass.) and Briana Danis (Hookset, N.H.) placed third and fifth in the women's shot put, throwing for 13.06 and 12.48 respectively. Danis recorded a new PR.
- Junior Autumn Agri (Stratham, N.H.) placed eighth in the women's triple jump, with a distance of 11.24m.
- Senior Lily Doody (Lee. N.H.) finished third in the women's one-mile run, clocking in at 5:00.08.
- Junior Jill Walker (Simi Valley, Calif.) placed third in the women's 3000m run, securing a time of 9:48.34.
- The women's 4x800 relay team consisting of senior Emma York (Penacook, N.H.), junior Kaitlin Lennox (Hampton Falls, N.H.), senior Hannah Langstaff (Windham, Maine), and freshman Amelia Jackson (Harmony, R.I.) finished in third with a time of 9:38.32
