BOSTON –The University of New Hampshire women's soccer team fell to Boston University, 2-1 at Nickerson Field on Sunday afternoon.
Junior midfielder Meghan Guarente (Sewell, N.J.) recorded her fourth goal of the season in the match.
The Wildcats' record drops to 3-3-1 (0-0 America East) and the Terriers' move to 3-3-2 (0-0 Patriot League).

HOW IT HAPPENED:
· BU's Natalie Godoy ripped the ball from the top of the box and into the back of the net in the 48th minute (47:27) to give the Terriers a 2-0 lead.
· In the 75th minute (74:02), Terrier Giulianna Gianino scored off a freekick to put BU up 2-0.
· Guarente scored for the 'Cats in the 82nd minute (81:13). Senior back Alivia Kelly (Pembroke, Mass.) shot the ball off a freekick at Terrier goalie Celia Brauncand off a block, Guarente chipped it in to put the 'Cats on the board.
INSIDE THE NUMBERS:
· The Terriers outshot the Wildcats, 21-6, while UNH took four shots on goal and Boston had seven.
· Celia Braun of BU had three saves and Rainey had five.
