Coach Welham on Jill:
We are very excited to have Jill Mapley on board for this upcoming fall season. Although our spring was cut short due to COVID-19, Jill was showing great promise in her short time with us when she transferred from Villanova at the start of the spring semester. Jill possesses vision, creativity, a high speed of thought of play, and a strong desire to excel and make an impact here at UNH. She is technically sound and brings a calming presence to the midfield. Along with that, she is a humble and positive individual. We are very happy she is a UNH Wildcat!
Mapley and the incoming 12-member freshman class join a New Hampshire team that recorded 10 wins, scored 28 goals (the most by UNH since '07), shut out six opponents and advanced to the America East semifinals in 2019.
