Homecoming Weekend Brings No. 19/20 Stony Brook to Wildcat Stadium (NBC Sports Boston, 3:30 p.m.)

New Hampshire is led by 20th-year head coach Sean McDonnell, who has guided the Wildcats to the NCAA FCS tournament each of the last 14 years (longest active streak in the nation).
UNH has won nine consecutive Homecoming games, including last year's 28-14 victory against Rhode Island.
UNH has a 4-2 lifetime record, including 3-0 at home, against Stony Brook. The home team has won each of the last four matchups.
This is the sixth consecutive year UNH and Stony Brook battle in CAA conference play. Prior to that, these programs met in 2006.
New Hampshire has an 11-3 record at Wildcat Stadium that includes 1-1 this season and 6-2 in CAA conference games.
Since 2008, UNH has a 53-8 home record (.869 win percentage) that includes 35-5 against CAA conference teams (.875 win percentage).
New Hampshire limited Holy Cross to a total of 233 yards to shut out the Crusaders in a 28-0 victory at Wildcat Stadium on Oct. 6.
It marked the first regular-season shutout by UNH since Oct. 9, 2010, when the Wildcats defeated Richmond, 17-0. The 'Cats were 14-0 victors in last year's NCAA first round game (Nov. 25) against Central Connecticut State University.
In last week's win against Holy Cross, the UNH Wildcats recorded season highs in points (28), rushing yards (173), passing yards (266), total plays (77), total offense (439), yards per play (5.7), first downs (27), completions (27), pass attempts (45), TD passes (four), third down conversion percentage (46.7%) and time of possession (34:46).
Senior quarterback Trevor Knight received the New England Football Writers Division I Gold Helmet on Oct. 10. In his return from injury, Knight completed 22 of 38 passes for 237 yards and four touchdowns. He played the first three quarters before giving way to backup Tommy Herion.
Senior defensive end Kyle Reisert, who missed seven consecutive games dating back to the 2017 season, was reinserted into the rotation at defensive end Oct. 6 against Holy Cross and made an impact with four tackles, two of which were behind the line of scrimmage (and one of which was a sack).
