DURHAM, N.H. - The University of New Hampshire women's basketball team (24-4, 14-1 AE) closes out the regular season at the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (15-13, 10-5 AE) on Sunday, Feb. 26 (12 PM) at the RAC Arena.

UNH plays either Vermont or Stony Brook in the first quarterfinal game of the America East tournament on Saturday, March 4 at noon at the Cross Insurance Arena in Portland, Maine on ESPN3. The Wildcats will host the America East championship game on Friday, March 10 at 4:30 on ESPNU if they win their quarterfinal and semifinal games in Portland.

The Wildcats clinched the top seed for the America East tournament and their first outright regular season championship with a 62-57 win at Hartford on Feb. 18. UNH will play the No. 8 seed in the tournament's first game on Saturday, March 4 at noon. The Wildcats will play either Stony Brook or Vermont. Vermont plays at Stony Brook on Feb. 26 at 2 p.m. The loser of that game will be the No. 8 seed for the tournament and UNH's first-round opponent. The winner of the game between UNH and the No. 8 seed will advance to the semifinals and play at 2 p.m. on Sunday against the winner of a game between the No. 4 seed and No. 5 seed. If the Wildcats win their semifinal game, they will host the America East championship game in Lundholm Gymnasium on Friday, March 10 at 4:30 p.m. That game will be televised on ESPNU. The Wildcats have never played in a league championship game.
