GAME RECAP
- Louisville controlled play the opening 10 minutes of the game and took a 1-0 lead at 7:45 by converting a penalty corner into a goal. From the top of the circle, Woods pushed the ball to the top-left, where Grimes' shot bounced inside the far post.
- New Hampshire tied the score, 1-1, at 25:57 when Scafidi corralled a pass deep on the right wing and her diagonal entry pass into the circle found Audino on the back door.
- The Cardinals regained the lead, 2-1, with 2:10 remaining in the first half. Marisa Martin Pelegrina dribbled along the right end line and her centering pass in front was one-timed into the cage by Ragsdale. Mink set up the next tally at 38:18 as she drew Rudert out to the right post and sent a diagonal pass back to Woods, who settled the ball and hit a rising shot into the open cage.
- UofL quickly extended the advantage to 4-1 with goals 1 minute, 58 seconds apart. Mink struck at 36:20 when she carried the ball from the middle of the 25 to the top of the circle and stuck a reverse-stick shot inside the right post.
- Audino scored her team-leading sixth goal of the season at 46:02. van den Brekel corralled the outlet pass from Gianna Bensaia (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) and dodged a pair of defenders before flicking the ball to the middle of the circle. Audino ran onto the ball and sent a backhander into the middle of the cage.
- Less than a minute later, Audino's redirection rolled just wide of the left post.
- The Cardinals reestablished a three-goal lead, 5-2, at 59:21. Just outside the circle on the left wing, Woods' entry pass was redirected in by Ragsdale.
