- The No. 17 University of New Hampshire men's soccer team will play on the road versus the UMass Lowell River Hawks at Cushing Field in Lowell, Mass., on Saturday, Oct. 28 at 7:00 p.m.
- The Wildcats enter the contest with a 11-1-3 overall record (4-1-0 America East), while the River Hawks are 7-6-1 (3-2-0 America East).
- UNH Is ranked No. 13 in the NCAA Men's Soccer RPI and No. 17 in the most recent United Soccer Coaches Poll.
- UNH is second in the nation with a 0.444 team goals against average as the Wildcats have only allowed seven goals all season.
- UNH has outscored its opponents 25-7 this season.
- The Wildcats have clinched a spot in the America East Tournament and are tied with Vermont for first place with 12 points. Albany and UMass Lowell are tied for third with nine points. The top two teams earn a bye to the semifinals. Go here to view the America East Standings.
- UNH's winning percentage is .833 which is seventh in the country.
- The Wildcats are 3-1-0 all-time versus UMass Lowell. Last year, UNH defeated #14 UMass Lowell, 2-1, on Oct. 23.

- After the UMass Lowell game, the Wildcats will take on Vermont at home on Wednesday, Nov. 1, in the regular season finale on ESPN3.
PESCI THIRD IN THE NATION
- Graduate student Andrew Pesci is ranked second nationally with a 0.444 goals against average, while his nine shutouts are fourth. The team has allowed only seven goals all year.
- He is 11-1-3 this year and has a 25-8-3 career record with 16 shutouts
SCHMIDT NAMED AMERICA EAST PLAYER OF THE WEEK
- Graduate student Robin Schmidt (Cologne, Germany) was named the America East Player of the Week for his four-goal performance over two games as the Wildcats went 2-0-0 on the week.
- Schmidt leads the team with six goals and 13 points.
- He is ranked first in America East with 1.44 points per game and 0.67 goals per game.
2-0-0 VERSUS NATIONALLY RANKED TEAMS
- UNH is 2-0-0 versus nationally ranked teams this season.
- The Wildcats defeated No. 22 ranked Boston College on the road 2-0 Sept. 1, 2017.
- The Wildcats just recently defeated No. 20 Dartmouth, 4-2, at Wildcat Stadium on Oct. 17.
- Robin Schmidt scored two goals for the Wildcats against Dartmouth on Tuesday. Sophomores Siggi Geirsson and Jack Doherty also each scored a goal.
UNDEFEATED AT WILDCAT STADIUM:
- The Wildcats have a 8-0-2 overall record at home.
- UNH is 4-0-0 in America East games at Wildcat Stadium.
