THINGS YOU NEED TO KNOW

The No. 23 University of New Hampshire men's soccer team will take on the Albany Great Danes at Tom & Mary Casey Stadium in Albany, N.Y., on Wednesday, Oct. 11 at 7:00 p.m.
The Wildcats enter the contest with a 7-1-3 overall record, while the Great Danes are 9-2-0. UNH holds a 1-1-0 record against American East Conference teams, while Albany has a 2-0-0 record against conference teams.
UNH is second in the nation with a 0.255 team goals against average as the Wildcats have only allowed three goals all season.
The Wildcats are 5-9-3 all-time against Albany and 1-3-1 over the last five games. Last year the Great Danes defeated the Wildcats, 2-1.
After the Albany game the Wildcats will host Binghamton in Durham on Saturday, Oct. 14 at 7:00 p.m.

PESCI SECOND IN THE NATION

Graduate student Andrew Pesci (Windham, N.H.) is ranked second in the nation with a 0.255 goals against average, eight shutouts and a 0.903 save percentage. The team has allowed only three goals all year.
He is 7-1-3 this year and has a 21-8-3 career record with 15 shutouts.
