Dorsey Secures America East Player of the Week Honor

BOSTON – Sophomore Gaby Dorsey (Hubertus, Wis.) was named Player of the Week for the first time in her career on Monday by the America East conference.
Dorsey scored two goals in two games as the Wildcats defeated Binghamton University, 2-0, on the road and the University of Hartford, 3-1, at home. Dorsey finished the week with three shots, all on goal, as the Wildcats sit 3-0 in conference play, leading the league.
Dorsey entered this season after being named to the America East All-Rookie team a year ago where she compiled two goals on 14 shots.
The Wildcats return to action on Sunday, Oct. 9 at 2 PM to host the University of Vermont at Bremner Field.
