Wildcats Unveil 2022 Fall Meet Schedule

UNH opens its season on Friday, September 9 at the Friar Invitational
DURHAM, N.H. -- The University of New Hampshire men's and women's cross country teams have announced their meet schedule for the 2022 season.
The Wildcat men have won eight America East championships (1998, 1999, 2001, 2002, 2003, 2006, 2007 and 2008). The eight titles are the most by any current America East team and are the second-most all-time. The Wildcat women's team have won six out of the last nine conference championships and seven overall (2003, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2019). The seven titles are the most by any current America East team and are the second-most all-time.

UNH opens its season on Friday, September 9 at the Friar Invitational, and then travel to the Ted Owens Invitational and the Coast to Coast Battle of Beantown on September 24. UNH will also participate in the Paul Short Invitational on Friday, September 30, hosted by Lehigh.
"We are very excited to get the season underway, the schedule will be very competitive for us throughout the season," said UNH head coach Robert Hoppler. "We want to continue the standard of excellence that the program has set and look forward to continuing to build the core of our team as we get going on September 9."
The Wildcats travel back to Franklin Park for the New England Championship (Oct. 8) and then compete at the ECAC/IC4A Championships at Van Cortlandt Park on Friday, October 14. UNH closes out its regular season with a meet at Vermont on Octobe 16 and hit the the road to New Britain, Conn. for the Central Connecticut Mini Meet (Oct. 21).

UMBC will host the America East Championships on Saturday, October 29. The NCAA Regional Championship takes place at Van Cortlandt Park on Friday, November 11.
