'Cats Take Two-Game Win Streak Into Matchup vs. UVM (Jan. 29; ESPN+)

New Hampshire has a 10-9 overall record that includes 7-1 at home and 3-3 in America East. UNH's 10 wins doubles last year's season total (five).

The Wildcats matched their longest winning streak of the season with their second consecutive win by defeating Binghamton University, 77-69, on the road this past Saturday. UNH's other two-game win streak: the first two games of the season.

UNH has a 49-103 lifetime record against Vermont; the Catamounts have won each of the last 11 meetings dating back to UNH's 73-69 home win Jan. 22, 2015.

UNH is the national leader (350 teams, through Jan. 27) in defensive rebounds per game (31.11) and is No. 2 in total rebounds per game (42.89).

UNH matched its season low of nine turnovers (set Nov. 9 vs. Holy Cross and matched Nov. 23 at James Madison)

The 'Cats alternated wins and losses 13 consecutive games spanning Nov. 16 to Jan. 11. That streak ended Jan. 15, when the Wildcats lost their second consecutive game.

The 'Cats have a 7-2 record following a loss. At the other end of the spectrum, the 'Cats are 2-7 following a win.

UNH is led by 15th-year head coach Bill Herrion; his 182 wins at the helm ranks second in program history to Gerry Friel's 185.
