Big Green win third straight in intrastate series

Ashley Storey (Cumberland Maine) led the Wildcats (3-7, 0-0 America East) with 12 points, and Héléna Delaruelle (Enghien-les-Bains, France) scored seven points and handed out three assists.
Katie Douglas paced three players in double figures for Dartmouth (6-4, 0-0 Ivy League) with a game-high 17 points on 6-for-15 shooting, including 4-for-8 from 3-point distance. Annie McKenna chipped in with 14 points (4-for-8), including 2-for-3 from beyond the arc and a game-high eight assists. Anna Luce posted a double-double with 12 points (5-for-9) and a game-high 13 rebounds.
Dartmouth, which never trailed, led by as many as 21 points in the fourth quarter en route to its third straight win over New Hampshire.

HOW IT HAPPENED
First Quarter
•Dartmouth started out 3-for-3 from 3-point distance, including 2-for-2 for Douglas, to take an 11-7 lead to the first media timeout at 4:27.
•Torres hit an off-balance scoop shot with 2:53 left in the quarter to draw the Wildcats even, 11-11, for the only time.
•The Big Green responded with a 7-0 run to take an 18-11 advantage into the second.
Second Quarter
•Dartmouth kept its hot hand in the early stages of the second, hitting four of its first seven shots and going 2-for-3 from beyond the arc in the first 4:06 of the quarter.
•UNH called timeout to stall a Big Green 10-0 run that upped the home team's lead to 30-15 with 5:54 left in the half.
•The run, which eventually went 21-4, increased the score to 32-15 with 5:23 left before UNH leveled the scoring 6-6 the rest of the quarter, highlighted by a 3-point basket from Sarah Serbascewicz (Ledyard, Conn.) with 2:06 left before the intermission.
•The Big Green led 38-21 at halftime.

•The Wildcats went on an 8-0 run, sparked by a 3-pointer from Caroline Soucy (Beverly Mass.), a Delaruelle layup, a free throw by Storey and a steal and bucket by Torres that trimmed the lead to 43-31 with 4:46 left.
•UNH outscored Dartmouth, 20-14, in the quarter by shooting 66.7 percent (8-12) from the floor while holding the Green to 33.3 percent (5-for-15).
Fourth Quarter
•Dartmouth outscored UNH, 14-6, in the final quarter.
•The Big Green's biggest lead was 64-43 with 4:16 remaining.
