Battle of the 'Cats
UNH has a 49-101 lifetime record against Vermont. The Catamounts have won each of the last nine matchups in this Battle of the 'Cats and that includes America East semifinal games in 2016 and 2017. UNH's most recent win was Jan. 22, 2015, when the Wildcats were 73-68 victors at Lundholm Gym. New Hampshire has a 4-27 record against UVM under head coach Bill Herrion.

The Wildcats scored the last eight points of the game to record the 68-64 victory against UMass Lowell at home that ended an 11-game losing streak. New Hampshire improved to 1-1 in America East by downing the River Hawks.
It was the Wildcats' first win since Nov. 12, 2018 vs. Mount Saint Vincent (100-61).
The 11-game losing streak was the team's longest since a stretch of 13 consecutive games spanning Nov. 2013 to Jan. 2014; that squad finished the year 6-24 overall, 4-13 America East.
Three of the last four games have been on the road. Including Wednesday night's game vs. Vermont, three of the next four are at home.
