5X Defending Champion Albany Comes to Durham on ESPN3 (Jan. 11; 7 PM)

DURHAM, N.H. - The University of New Hampshire women's basketball team plays host to the 5-time defending America East champion University at Albany on Wednesday, Jan. 11 (7 PM) on ESPN3 in Lundholm Gymnasium.

After Albany, the Wildcats head out on a two-game road-trip. They play at Binghamton on Saturday at 4 p.m. and then move on to Burlington, Vt. for a game against Vermont on Monday at 1 p.m. UNH returns home for games Thursday, Jan. 19 against Maine at 7 p.m. and Sunday, Jan. 22 against Hartford at 1 p.m. Tickets are available HERE.

Comeback Kids
The Wildcats mounted their biggest comeback victory in two years when they rallied from 18 points down in the third period on their way to a 49-46 triumph over Stony Brook on Jan. 4. UNH bounced back from a 20-point second-half deficit to beat Northeastern, 63-62, on Kristen Anderson's buzzer-beating three-pointer on Dec. 22, 2014. The Stony Brook game marked the fourth time this year the Wildcats have trailed by at least 10 points in the second half and rallied to win the game. They overcame double digits in the second half against Bryant, Northeastern and Siena as well as Stony Brook.
