Men's Hoops Takes on Fairfield In CIT Opener (March 16; 7 p.m.)

DURHAM, N.H. – The University of New Hampshire men's basketball team will head to Fairfield University on Wednesday, March 16 (7 p.m.) for the opening round of the CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament.

Looking Ahead
With a win, the Wildcats will play in the second round set for March 18-20. The 26-team tournament is organized by region and the second round will be announced shortly after the first round.

The Wildcats are primed to play in their second straight postseason tournament after playing in the CIT last season for the first time in program history. New Hampshire traveled to the New Jersey Institute of Technology (March 16) where the Wildcats fell 84-77. NJIT went on to play in the semifinals of the tournament.
